- Our Inpatient Unit Reception is the first entrance to the building upon arrival.
- Our Main Reception is the second entrance at the far end of the building.

Telephone Advice Line
A Telephone Advice Line for patients (aged 18 years and over) with a life-limiting illness, registered with a West Hertfordshire GP, their families and the health and care professionals who are supporting them.
The Telephone Advice Line provides specialist support and advice quickly and efficiently with calls managed by an experienced nursing team (based in an Inpatient Unit) who will liaise with on call doctors and consultants as required.
Available 7 days a week, 365 days. Hosted by The Hospice of St Francis (Berkhamsted) and Peace Hospice Care (Watford).
