Dying Matters - A conversation for us all

A free Public Meeting to understand more, to talk and ask questions at Berkhamsted Civic Centre on Thursday 20th March.

Doors open at 1.45pm to start at 2pm.  Disability access is via the front entrance. There will be information stalls and a break with refreshments.

  • Are you becoming frail or caring for someone who is frail?

  • Do you want help thinking about future wishes or discussing this with those close to you?

  • Do you want to learn more about ReSPECT? - A form to aid your discussions with healthcare professionals about your health and care needs.

  • Do you want to consider what factors may help promote a good death?

  • Do you want to know what is offered by local palliative care services?
