About this event
Following the success of our Walk Your Ridgeway event we bring to you the opportunity to push yourself even further by walking the entire Ridgeway route - that's a total of 87 miles!
Across five days you will be walking on average around 17 miles each day, guided by a professional trek leader and their team.
Your trek will begin in Avebury, Wiltshire and will pass through the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with wide, open views of rolling chalk downland. You will then travel through wooded and intimate hills and valleys of the Chilterns which is full of vibrant wildlife, before taking an end at the stunning Ivinghoe Beacon, Buckinghamshire where you will be welcomed by The Hospice of St Francis team who will be there to celebrate your incredible achievement.

Registration fee (non refundable) - £150
Minimum sponsorship option - £1,000
Self funded option - £449 (to cover your trip costs) plus £551 sponsorship

Meet your trek guide
We are really excited to introduce you to your trek leader, Paul Stevens.
Paul has worked with The Hospice of St Francis for over 10 years and has been the man behind designing our infamous Mud Pack Challenge courses since 2013. He has expansive experience of personal training and has himself undertaken The Ridgeway alongside many other treks and mountain climbs. Alongside this, Paul holds numerous sports qualifications and is first aid trained.
Joining Paul on the Five Day Ridgeway will be a team of support crew to ensure your safety throughout the entire trek.
